The MBT Core offers services in the areas of peptide synthesis, peptide modification, purification and quality analysis, N-terminal protein sequencing by Edman degradation, and biomolecular interaction analysis and equilibrium and kinetic measurements.
IMPORTANT - REQUEST FROM THE CORE FACILITY:
Users of the Core are urged to acknowledge any work performed by this Facility in their publications. It is a scientific support laboratory, not just a technical operation. Please send a copy of your publications to the Core Facility. The publications will be compiled and may be used as supporting material in the future for new Shared Instrumentation Grant application.
